Designed for users of the Unlocking Letters and Sounds programme, this easy-buy pack allows schools to add some breadth and depth to their guided reading collection at Phases 2 to 5 i.e. what’s established via a ULS Guided Reading Pack (KS1).
It contains six copies of 27 additional Reading Stars Phonics titles (i.e. those selected as the “extra” ULS guided reading titles, beyond the “core” 66). This provides a second guided reading title for each week of Phase 2, and a first guided reading title at certain weeks of Phases 3, 4 and 5 where there otherwise isn’t one. There are pre-prepared lesson plans/supporting flashcards available on the ULS platform for all 27 titles.
